Gorilla Lax is one of the fastest-growing club lacrosse programs in New England that is dedicated to creating an ideal learning environment where athletes can have fun and be competitive, but also feel safe and enjoy learning the fundamentals of the game from world-class coaches.

Three tryout sessions are annually held in July, August and September. However, if you would like to learn more about the program and request a tryout, please email us at support@gorillalax.com. We are always looking for the RIGHT player to become a part of our Gorilla Lax family.

In addition to offering superior on-field training, we also provide all of our players with academic advising and support to ensure that Gorilla players succeed on and off the field. Click here to learn more about our Gorilla team and see below for more information on the Gorilla Way.

In just three full years of operation, Gorilla has become one of the most dominant programs across multiple age divisions. During the 2018-19 season, Gorilla teams captured a title in all of its championships including a 2021 divisional title at the Liberty Elite National Tournament.

Founded as a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-level and quality lacrosse instruction at an affordable cost for families in Massachusetts, Gorilla Lax tuition is nearly half what other programs charge.

Personalized and focused training is what the “Gorilla Way” is all about. The goal of each training session is to instill a love for the game and equip each and every player with the skills and knowledge they need to be successful on and off the field.

The Gorilla program offers two sets of teams based in Newton (Metro) and North Andover (North). Players have the option to tryout for either of these teams, but they are welcome and encouraged to train throughout the season at both locations.

The professional coaching staff is comprised of former professional and current Division 1 players who are placed with age groups where they can have the most positive and mentoring influence on each and every player.

From the youth player looking to start his lacrosse journey with a sound foundation to the aspiring Division 1 prospect, Gorilla builds a personalized path. Complementing its expert coaching staff, Gorilla has partnered with highly-regarded academic and athletic advisors who personally help guide young athletes through the recruiting process.
